The subscription expires automatically after the term. It cannot be terminated prematurely. Cancellation or postponement by the participant after payment is not possible and is neither fully nor partially refundable. Casting support, live calls and other services are not transferable. itsYOU cancellations will be charged to the customer for the corresponding term. The customer agrees that photos, videos and name mentions may be used and published for marketing purposes by Birgitta Gallagher and her company pool. The Essential subscription is part of and valid in conjunction with the current terms and conditions. All prices include 19% VAT. For VAT-registered businesses from the EU based outside Germany, VAT is not applicable upon presentation of a valid VAT identification number (VAT ID). If no valid VAT ID is presented, VAT at 19% will be charged retrospectively.
